Our Executive Chef is a Certified Wine Consultant through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently pursuing advanced certification. The Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) is an organization established in April 1977 to encourage improved standards of beverage service particularly wine and food pairing, in hotels and restaurants.
